I’ve spent the last decade building a career in corporate sales and management consulting at some of Silicon Valley’s hottest tech companies — leading high-stakes conversations, negotiating complex deals, and helping businesses make big decisions.
Now, I’m applying those same skills to a different kind of business: mediation.
Mediation Money is my build-in-public experiment. I’m documenting what it actually takes to go from zero to building a modern, profitable mediation practice — from training and finding clients to pricing, systems, positioning, and revenue.
I’m not a retired attorney, and I’m not coming from decades in the courtroom. I’m coming from business.
